Why spend money and consult with a spa, when you can get the excellent results with the DIY pedicure? With a few tricks and low-cost products. Here are some beauty tips to create a perfect pedicure from the enamel; it can be a great ideas and it’s ready for the summer season!

To make a DIY pedicure you will need to use the household appliances and some products which all you have at home and that we can use it without any additional purchase.

Here’s how:

  • Foot bath: Fill a basin or bath with water and mix it with the baking soda and scented essences to give the beauty spa nuances. Let your feet soaked for about 10 minutes and then dry thoroughly.
  • File away the imperfections: Prepare a gentle scrub with ground coffee or granulated sugar and olive oil. Rub your feet on the area of the heels, ankles and fingers. File away with a pumice stone, and the most difficult areas in need of further care. Rinse and dry your feet, finally apply a dab of moisturizer, the same as that used for the rest of the body will be fine!
  • Nails and filings: Cut the nails following the natural rounded shape of the nail. It is important to proceed with the nail file for filing the imperfections and ensure that your nails are ready for the application of enamel.
  • Enamel: Apply a base specification for nails (choice of the basic anti-yellowing or the reinforcement) and let it dry for a few minutes. Then take your colored nail polish and apply it with a brush starting from the center and then moving to the sides, make sure not to touch the skin. Let it dry and correct imperfections with a cotton swab dipped in nail polish remover. When the enamel is dry you can roll out the top coat and finally enjoy your perfect and low cost pedicure!
